Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori, dropped jaws with her fashion yet again as she headed to a Los Angeles tanning salon in an outfit featuring a hidden — and crude — function on Monday.
While the Yeezy architect, 29, went without a bra as she rocked a tight white tank top reading “WET” across the front, that was perhaps the least shocking part of her look.
Censori wore a pair of short black Cal Exotics boxer shorts ($38 $22) featuring a hole in the front, with the opening designed to accommodate sex toys.
She paired the racy look with black pumps, wearing her hair in a slicked-back style as she strutted through a parking lot with the “Gold Digger” rapper, 46.
She gave photographers a glimpse at her phone’s lock screen as she left the salon, which featured a close-up photo of her husband’s new $850,000 titanium teeth.
Interestingly, Ye — dressed in a black layered tee and sweatpants — took things into his own hands when it came to the paparazzi, pointing and verbally directing photographers where to shoot himself and his wife in a video obtained by TMZ.
The “Flashing Lights” singer seems to be saying “over here” as he points out a spot for the paps to stand, but the bizarre exchange didn’t stop there.
The couple also experienced an unpleasant run-in with a pedestrian as they headed back to their Range Rover, with a man shouting, “You ain’t s—t, boy!” and a slew of other insults in the clip.

The Australian beauty’s shocking outfit follows an endless string of barely-there looks from the star in recent days, with West posting a pic of his wife cooking in a bondage-like face mask and thong swimsuit over the weekend.
She also wore a black corset with attached straps that barely covered her chest in another wild image, with fans expressing concern for Censori’s welfare and accusing West of controlling his wife and her style.
